Brennan Environmental, Inc. provides a wide range of services to residential and commercial insurance carriers from contractor oversight, third party impact verification, age dating, plume delineation, work plan development, soil and groundwater remediation, post excavation sampling and monitoring, and final report preparation and closeout.

One of Brennan Environmental Inc.'s specialty services is in-situ remediation. As of April 2010 Brennan Environmental, Inc. has completed 8 in-situ remediation events and received No Further Action letters on 4 of these events with the remaining 4 events in either post-remediation monitoring or scheduled ongoing injection events. All of these in-situ remediation events saved the insurance carriers significant amounts of money over structural support and dig events with one of these in-situ events that received a No Further Action letter saving the insurance company over $100,000, as in-situ injection points can be installed through basement floors and can treat subsurface slab contamination, thus eliminating the need for expensive structural support and specialized excavating machinery.

In addition Brennan Environmental, Inc. has its own soil boring rig that is ideally suited for situations where hand boring is not practical and a full scale geoprobe is not necessary. In addition, in these instances Brennan Environmental, Inc. can generally offer response immediately upon completion of utility mark out.
